"Recycled" an old lineart and went a bit overboard with it. It was fun though. There's random tiger thrown in there, regular cheetah as well as king cheetah, regular leopard, snow and clouded leopard as well as jaguar.

3rd Entry for "Bloodi's Anthropomorphic Alphabet of Excotic Animals". Spectacled Bear for "S". Now finally live and in full colour by myself, after Artonis did an amazing colour job in it. :) That makes the letters A, B and S done, while I have G inked. Gosh... why do there have to be so many letters in the Alphabet? XD I am determined to bring this to an end though, even if it takes ages! Had this one finished last week already, but I am trying not to swamp your watch accounts too much. Ain't that thoughtful of me? XD

Seems this particular temple guard is not too keen of his job. *g* Poor fella has been waiting to be coloured since last summer. >_< It's the second finished entry of "Bloodi's Anthropomorphic Alphabet of Exotic Animals" which will probably end up being about mammals mostly, if not only. We'll see about that. Anyway. B is for Binturong. Experimented with textures, background and light a bit and aside from me killing my entire arm in finishing him in only three days I am rather happy with the result. :) Let's hope the other 24 letters won't imply so much work as this one did. ^^;

Alpha Beta Omega by Bloodhound Omega

The Omega was the first to be coloured, followed by the Alpha. Beta was finished today in class. They were drawn on coloured paper my love has given me and I must say, I love the outcome of it.

ACEO - Golden Tabby Tiger by Bloodhound Omega

y part of an ACEO trade with somebody. Wanted to draw a Golden Tabby Tiger since a while now and this offered me a chance to do so. I thought it would give the piece a nice touch if I didn't simply draw a realistic piece of a tiger, but added something ... uh... abstract to it. So I added the tribals and swirlies and ornaments. Gosh... too tired to type meaningful comments today. >_<

The first half of my character design final which I've been too lazy to upload. For heaven knows what reason, I started sketching orcas with legs in parkas the first week of our assignment and it sort of stuck. I liked the idea of a tiny orca youngling getting tormented by an adult seal from a neighboring tribe, and so Omayok came to be. -C

Our first assignment in Illustration II this semester was to illustrate a single word, and to do it in a way so that it wasn't blatant nor achingly subtle. The word crocodiles kept cycling through my head- not as the word to illustrate, but as the subject matter- and so I chose "awkward" as my word and came up with the idea of a crocodile businessman bring home a wildebeest friend from work only to find his wife preparing exactly that for dinner. Heh. Awkward.
